The Order Process
Choose the pieces you would like and place your order. Your customisation form arrives by email shortly afterwards, and it is where you tell us everything we need to set your suite.
You will be asked for:
Your wedding details. Names, dates, times, venue information.
Your wording. Significant changes to the wording can shift the layout slightly, so it is worth reading yours through before you send it.
Your colours. Fonts and background, given as a hex code.
Choose your designs
We get the ball rolling on your designs, and will send you a digital proof gallery within 7 working days of submitting your order form.
Your proofs arrive at the email address you used at checkout, showing your complete suite with every customisation in place, so you can see how the pieces sit together rather than one at a time.
We design your suite
Read your proof carefully and come back to us within 48 hours with any changes. Your order includes one full round of revisions.
This is the point at which spelling, dates and times are worth checking twice. We set your wording exactly as you have given it to us, so a name spelled a particular way on your form is a name spelled that way on your invitation.
Review and approve
Once your designs are approved, we send them into production. We will email you when your items are dispatched from the studio.
