Wedding stationery and signage in New Zealand generally ranges from around $25 for a single table number through to $280+ for our popular large-format fabric seating chart, depending on the piece, the material and the size. Semi-custom collections, like the ones in our own range, sit within set pricing. Fully bespoke, custom-illustrated work is quoted separately based on the brief.

Everything below reflects pricing for our semi-custom collections, ready-designed suites you personalise with your own wording, colours and details. Fully custom design work, where we build something from scratch around your own concept, is quoted individually once we understand the brief, and isn't reflected in these figures. All prices shown are exclusive of GST.
Rigid signage pricing
Rigid signage is printed onto a solid board and is the sturdiest option for outdoor or exposed venues. We offer two board materials: 5mm foam board, our accessible everyday option, and 6mm Signex, a heavier-duty, more durable board for a more premium finish.

Cardstock stationery: invitations, menus and day-of details
Invitations, details cards, RSVP cards, menu cards and place cards are priced differently to signage, because they scale with your guest count. The more you order, the lower the cost per piece tends to be. Because final pricing depends on your specific quantity, paper choice and any customisation, we quote these individually once we know your numbers. As a guide, most couples find their full suite (invitations through to day-of cardstock) becomes more cost-effective per item as guest numbers grow, particularly once you're ordering upward of 100 pieces.
What affects your total cost
A few factors shape where you'll land within these ranges:
Material choice: foam board versus Signex, or your choice of fabric, is usually the single biggest swing in price for signage.
Size: particularly for fabric signage, where larger formats naturally cost more due to fabric and print area.
Semi-custom versus fully custom: a semi-custom collection keeps costs predictable. Fully custom, illustrated or bespoke work is priced around the brief.
Guest count: for any cardstock stationery ordered by quantity, more pieces generally means a lower cost per item.
Add-ons: small extras like hanging holes or a freestanding base add modestly to the base price.
